Our Policies

We understand life gets busy sometimes. Please let us know if you are running late, we will try our best to accommodate your service. If we don’t hear from you please consider a 10-min late cancelation.

Please inform our technicians if you are diabetic. No ingrown removal/ razer is to be performed. We might need you to sign a waiver prior to your service.

The use of bleach and latex gloves is common in our salon. Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any of these products.

Group bookings of 3 or more guests require a 45% deposit to secure the reservation.

Our service is guaranteed within 7 days of service. Repair within this period is free of charge. After this period, repair charges will apply.

We value your time and business, and we hope to have a mutual consideration. 12-hour notice is required for any cancellation. A $20 deposit applies for repeating last-minute canceling customers.

A repair is not applicable in case you change your mind about the design that you originally had asked for.

No refund on Gift card.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

No refund for services already received. If you are unhappy with a particular service or technician, please inform our manager immediately and we will try our best to make it right.

Payment is required prior to departure from the salon. Should you wish to leave and return, we reserve the right to require a valuable item as a form of assurance. Thanks for understanding!
