Appointments
- We recommend booking in advance.
- Walk-ins are always welcome and will be accommodated based on
availability.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards do not include tax, are non-refundable, and cannot be
exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Payment & Pricing
- Tax applies to all services.
- We accept cash, debit card, and e-Transfer for your convenience. Credit cards are not accepted.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice — please confirm
before your service begins.
Health & Hygiene
- Please inform us of any allergies, conditions, or concerns before your
service.
- We maintain the highest hygiene standards — using disposable liners,
files, and buffers.
Cancellations
- We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Appointments will be canceled if a client is more than 20 minutes late without prior notice or a message.
Color Selection
- Clients are responsible for selecting their polish colors.
- Any changes after application may incur an additional charge.
Service Guarantee
- Services are guaranteed for 7 days (excluding regular polish).
- Complimentary repair within this period; after 7 days, a small fee may
apply.
Respectful Conduct
- We value kindness and respect between clients and staff.
- Our team is committed to providing a professional, relaxing experience.
Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
